Introduction

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. 

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

This ticket system is only to create sensitive tickets, like glitches, cheats, crash dumps that contain sensitive information that cannot be posted the normal ways, because the risk of abuse.

A normal bug, should be posted in our bug tracker

If you want to discuss a bug, before posting in in the bug tracker, you can use the Steam discussion forums.

Requirements

When posting a ticket here, make sure to:

- Report one issue at a time;
- Include a description;
- Include any settings you changed, or any modification you have;
- Include the crashdump for crashes;
- Provide a detailed description of the actions that lead to the problem.

A valid steam id is required to submit a ticket.

Non-qualifying tickets will be closed, without looking at.
