Reactive Drop - Feedback
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
Important: post only sensitive bugs or feedback here
This ticket system is only to create sensitive tickets, like glitches, cheats, crash dumps or other things that contain sensitive information that cannot be posted the normal ways.
A normal bug, should be posted in our bug tracker.
If you want to discuss a bug, before posting in in the bug tracker, you can use the Steam discussion forums.
When posting a bug here, make sure to:
- Report one bug at a time;
- Include a description;
- Include any settings you changed, or any modification you have;
- Include the crashdump;
- Provide a detailed description of the actions that lead to this bug;
A valid email address and steam id are required to submit a ticket.
Non-qualifying tickets will be closed, without looking at.
